Nothing.

Bathroom floor cracked and replaced in front of toilet. Used piece removed, which was about half size. Mold in shower, hallway smelled like sewer.

Poor condition. Continental breakfast worst I've ever experienced. Nothing but bagel, coffee and donuts.

The hotel staff was very helpful in showing us where to go in Chicago.

It was a very nice hotel. It was relatively quiet for being in downtown Chicago. The location was excellent. My daughter and I went to Chicago to spend her 21st birthday. The valet helped us to find a driver that took me to airport that was also willing to drop my daughter off at Union Station after dropping me at O'Hare. This gave us an extra hour to be together. This meant a lot to both us. I will forever remember the kindness that the valet (Jessie) and the driver showed. I think that was EXCELLENT service. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that I know that will be traveling to Chicago. I will also recommend everyone to use Priceline. close to attractions.

The elevator was faulty.

Excellent staff, clean rooms with very spacious bathrooms. Bed was soft and plush unlike a lot of other hotel beds.

The location was great and the common areas (gym, lobby, etc.) were great. Had good bagels, muffins, juice and coffee which were complimentary.

The sheets were itchy and
there was no refigerator in the room.

Clean, convenient, nice accommodations, good bar, good food although a little pricey.

Doorman needed a haircut but was helpful and friendly.

I would come back again for the atmosphere. Location was moderately convenient but did require 1/2 mile walk to where we wanted to go. Great location, very nice room, excellent concierge.

View was bad from room.

A real bargain at the reduced price I got. Room were very big and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again but might try to get a room with a better view.
